NOTE:- EXTENSION OF THE VALIDITY PERIOD (i.e. 9 MONTHS) IS STRICTLY NOT- ALLOWED

1. Expiry of the material– 9 months (From the date of software activation) extension is not possible at all.
2. Available time for viewing the lecture– Students will be given 1.5 TIMES for each lecture. No limit of view for any lecture (subject to the availability of time). Total number of lectures would be around 90 (approx.) with a total duration of 200 hours (APPROX)
3. The given fees are inclusive of printed books (3 books, BOOKS WORTH Rs. 1000/ -), one pen drive (32 GB)   Amendment charges, courier charges, and technical support. Given payment is full and final.
4. Students have to submit their ID proof i.e., Aadhaar card, voter ID card, passport or Ration card, etc.  (Any one of the given documents) And ICAI registration letter of CA Foundation & 12^th class admit card or marks sheet (through mail – after payment).

(Note – parcel will be dispatched, only after receiving the documents.)

5. Classes can be PLAYED on Windows 7(Ultimate, Home Premium, Professional, and Enterprise) 32-bit/64-bit, to include Windows versions 8, 8.1, and Win 10.

DO NOT SUPPORT = Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 Starter, Windows 7 Home Basic, Windows 7 N Edition, Windows 7 KN Edition, APPLE MAC BOOK. PROJECTOR AND DISPLAY SHOULD NOT BE MORE THEN 21 INCHES IN SIZE.

6. Also, You can pause, forward and rewind the class. SPEED OPTION IS AVAILABLE.
7. ONLY PLAYING TIME WILL BE ADDED, INTO CONSUMPTION.
8. Legal proceedings SHALL be followed if students copy the lecture or distribute the same, anyhow.
9. Students will need an internet connection for FIRST TIME ONLY SOFTWARE INSTALLATION (MAXIMUM FOR 10 MINUTE – You can also use a mobile hotspot connection as well, for the internet process.). Classes can be played on SINGLE LAPTOP ONLY. We can switch the laptop only for once (Charges- Rs. 2000 )  if find a problem with the same laptop then no limit for this.
10. QUERY SOLUTION– “KAILASH THAKUR ” SIR WILL TAKE THE LIVE SESSION ON YOUTUBE FOR SUBJECT-RELATED QUERY SOLUTION.
11.  The given cost includes a full course of CA Foundation (BMLRS – NEW COURSE). No need to source any further material from outside. Maximum coverage.
12. Language is HINDI and ENGLISH.
13. The given fee is non-refundable.
14. Debit card and credit card charges will be 100 -250/- rs extra, and net banking charges – 22/- rs extra
15. Delivery period is 7-10 days from the date of order placement/documents provided
